1. Be VERY CLEAR If an order is canceled, your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. If a party date changes due to illness/emergency/etc. - we may be able to transfer your entire order to a future date without the loss of your deposit (48hrs notice or more is ideal).

2. Please note that Cakes / Cupcakes come fully frosted. Border and writing only for no additional charge. All other decorations- Fondant/Custom Decor is an additional charge based on the design, amount of colors required, and labor. Prices may vary depending on designs.

3.Cake Tastings
Cake tastings are designed to accommodate 2-4 guests, with up to 4 selected flavors. For any additional guests, there is a $30 fee to accommodate the guest count.

4. Placing an order / Deposit
When placing an order there is a 50% deposit required for all orders. Payment of the deposit is required when placing your order; the rest is due upon pick up or delivery on the established date. The deposit is applied to the total price of the order. Without this deposit, we cannot reserve your event date.

5. Time Frame: Minimum of 2 weeks in advance.

6. Final Payment: Cake and cookies must be paid in full day prior to completion. The date of your final payment is the final date for any changes of size, style or flavors of the cake or cookies. Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.

7. Delivery: A delivery fee of $25.00 will be charged to have baking items delivered to your location (up to 50 miles). The delivery fee is due with the final payment.

8. Setup: BLUEHONEYBAKERY is not responsible for any damage to cake or cookies after setup is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s). Keeping the cake and cookies out of direct sunlight and an optimal room temperature of 72 degrees or below are recommended to avoid adverse effects on the cake.

9. Pickup Waiver: If you choose to have your cake picked up, BLUEHONEYBAKERY will not assume any responsibility for damage to the cake and cookies once it has left our establishment. Any repairs or cake replacements will be subject.
